This was a double spread drawn for a limited edition menu of the prestigious Turin Palace Hotel's restaurant. Three other dishes were interpreted by great artists, based on ideas and text by writer Giorgio Salati.
Our inspiration for the work was of course Little Nemo, but also Mary Blair's concept art for Alice in Wonderland, in creating this dream of 'Russian Salad'.
